Custom Engraved Yeti, Hydro Flask and Stanley: What We Actually Do
Most requests are a name, initials, or a small logo on the body of the tumbler. Yeti Ramblers, Hydro Flask bottles, and the Stanley Quencher are all stainless steel under a powder coat finish, so they engrave the same way regardless of brand. We can also do a full wrap design or a company logo if you’re ordering for a group.
Glass bottles are handled a little differently. Those have to be brought in and engraved at the shop rather than shipped, since glass needs to be handled carefully during the process.
What Happens To The Finish When We Engrave It
Yeti, Hydro Flask, and Stanley tumblers all use a powder coat finish over the bare stainless steel. When we engrave through it, the laser removes the coating exactly where the design sits, which reveals the bright metal underneath. That’s what gives engraved tumblers that clean two-tone look instead of a printed or stickered design, and it’s permanent since there’s no ink or vinyl involved.
Single Item vs Bulk: Pricing By Quantity
Pricing drops as the order size goes up:
- 1 to 5 units: $20 each
- 6 to 24 units: $17.50 each
- 25 to 49 units: $14 each
- 50 to 99 units: $12.50 each
- 100 or more: $10 each

Bring Your Own Tumbler Or Buy From Us
You can bring in your own Yeti, Hydro Flask, or Stanley and we’ll engrave it, or you can order blanks through us if you’d rather not source them yourself. Either way works for single gifts and for bulk group orders.
Turnaround On Gifts and Bulk Orders
A single tumbler is normally done in 3 to 5 business days. Bulk orders take longer depending on quantity, so tell us your headcount and deadline up front (a wedding, a corporate event, a team gift) and we’ll build the schedule around it.
